Project MENTOR aims to support adult educators by developing an innovative Career-focused mentoring methodology for fostering the inclusion and employability of disadvantaged adult learners (unemployed, low skilled, needing to change occupational field etc.).

This project began in 2018 and ends on December 31, 2020 after an extension and rethinking of the project implementation phase due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
