In the Manual of Quality and Environment of the Campus Teaching San Juan de Dios Private Foundation is described the quality system and environment implemented in the organization and aims to orient towards the satisfaction of the recipient of the service, the prevention of pollution and the requirements applicable to it. It is also oriented towards the continuous improvement of the organization, the improvement of the environmental performance and the prevention of non-conformities. It also responds to the requirements of AUDIT and the Department of Education.

Our quality and environmental system follows the models described by ISO 9001/2015:

• Defining the objectives and quality policy of the organization.
• Description and interrelation of the most important processes.
• The organizational structure.
• The documentary system: the Quality and Environment Manual, processes, procedures, working instructions, etc. of the same system of quality and environment the processes that integrate the own activity of the Teaching Campus San Juan de Dios Private Foundation.

In order to ensure that the contents of this manual are understood, applied and updated for all levels of the organization, it is made available to staff.
