The data are stored in a file owned by Campus Docent Sant Joan de Déu Fundació Privada, for which it is responsible. This file is conveniently registered in the register of the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Campus Docent undertakes to comply with the duty of secrecy and confidentiality regarding the data provided. It also guarantees the application of the necessary security measures to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access.

Campus Docent does not treat data on children under 14 years of age. It only treats data of adults and, exceptionally, minors over 14 years of age, with their express consent. (*)

(*) If you are under the age of 18, but over the age of 14 and provide us with your personal data (name, surname, address, telephone...), you give us your express consent (permission) to process them (use them) for what you have asked us. However, if you want to buy a book or a Virtual Store product that requires a payment with money, you will need to place your order through your parents, guardians or legal representatives. We can’t sell you any product directly.

Express consent

By providing your data to the Campus Docent, the user gives his/her express consent for these treatments and assignments, including if an international data transfer is necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this document and/or in the corresponding data collection forms on the same website.

How long we will keep your data

Campus Docent San Joan de Déu - Fundació Privada will keep your data for as long as your relationship with us lasts and for as long as necessary to comply with the established legal obligations..
