Para poder realizar las asignaturas de estadas clínicas I, II y III y Prácticum que se realizan en el grado, es un requisito obligatorio que se entreguen a Secretaría de estudiantes los siguientes documentos: certificado de vacunación actualizado y firmado por un médico colegiado y el certificado de delitos sexuales.
