Foreign language accreditation in university studies

Students starting university studies at a Catalan university for the first time, on the academic year 2018-2019, and who come from high school studies and university entrance tests (PAU), or from higher grade training cycles (CFGS), with or without PAU must accredit B2 level in a third language (English, French, German or Italian) at the end of their studies.

The Consell Interuniversitari de Catalunya considers that a recognition should be granted to students who strove to accredit, with the submission of the certificate that justifies the achievement of level B2 in a third foreign language, this linguistic recognition before the academic year 2018-2019 through the incorporation in the European Diploma Supplement (SET) of the credits earned and other measures considered appropriate.
