What is Dual Vocational Training?

Dual vocational training is a vocational training model which combines the training of pupils in the educational establishment with paid employment and in-company training (employment contract for training and apprenticeship).

What are its objectives?

  • Connect directly the training received in the educational centre and the work carried out in the company.
  • Help to know the real environment of the sector in which you are going to work.
  • Start the professional qualification and job insertion.

Why would you be interested in participating in this project?

It is a great opportunity to acquire a professional qualification and to improve the chances of entering the labour market. More than 30% of your training will go to the company. This results in remuneration for work and at the same time provides the knowledge, skills, attitudes and basic tools to exercise it.
