• 1 Color photography passport-size.
• Photocopy of ID/NIE/Passport.
• Photocopy no. Social Security Affiliation (NUSS). Only for CFGS Documentation and Health Administration.
• Photocopy document student identifier code (IDALU). Only for CFGM Technical in Auxiliary Nursing Cures and CFGS Documentation and Health Administration.
• Photocopy bank details for the domicile and document: "SEPA Direct Debit Order" (available on the website and at the same centre).
• Original:
  • Certificate of test scores.
  • Entrance examination certificate.
  • Certificate of test scores of other equivalent studies.
• Original and photocopy:
  • Receipt of the corresponding title (ESO/Baccalaureate).
